Author A.J. Symon will be in store this month to discuss his new YA novel, Golden Boy, published by Simon & Schuster.

The story follows Emma Branch, a science-obsessed teen whose golden retriever, Hudson, is her closest friend. When an experimental substance from Emma’s science project takes an unexpected turn, Hudson is transformed into a human, setting off an unexpected story about friendship, family, and the power of seeing things differently.
